EXPLORE STEAM FAIR
The South Valley Science and Engineering Initiative (SVSEI) will host the second annual free, family friendly, hands-on EXPLORE STEAM FAIR on March 1, 2025, from 10AM-2PM at Britton Middle School's Student Union Building. The fun, science, technology, engineering, art, and math (STEAM) based activities are geared for pre-K to 12th grade students - with adults welcome to participate too!

What can you expect?
An expanded version of our Sunday, August 4, 2024, fair, where over 100 community members enjoyed playing and learning about science, technology, engineering, art, and math (STEAM), doing the following:

Making a thaumatrope

Vacuum forming

Modeling how water quality affects the community

Reverse engineering
-
Cubelets
-
Coding lab
-
Robotics
-
2D art
-
3D art
-
Collages
-
Quilting
-
Paper rockets

Many of the 2024 activity partners will return for SVSEI's 2025 event.

No registration is needed to attend SVSEI's FREE EXPLORE STEAM FAIR.
So bring the kids to Britton MS on March 1 to participate in any or all of our hands- and minds-on activities!
